Oftentimes the people who think they need help the least are the ones that need it the most. I've always been a giver. I always loved to help others. But asking for, and receiving help, that was something I struggled much more with in some areas of my life. And I know plenty of people for whom this is true as well. So in this episode, I talk about the inner work involved in accepting that we need help when we do, and receiving the blessings that life sometimes has in store for us with humility and appreciation.
